The first managerial post in the brief history of the MCSL has been filled by Clay Field who today was named manager of the Bay State Whales.

Field has substantial experience on the NCAA D2 and D3 levels having coached at programs such as Rollins, Bryant, and Rhode Island College. He also has experience on the legion and club levels and is currently on staff at regional and national powerhouse high school program Bishop Hendricken. Coach Field entered coaching after a standout playing career at Bryant University

Field will begin recruiting his first crop of Whales immediately.
